All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due in the salon. If an appointment is rescheduled under the following guidelines, the deposit paid may be transferred to a new appointment date:
- A reschedule request must be received within a 48-hour notice in order for the deposit to be transferable.
- Rescheduled appointments must take place within a 2-month period either before or after the original appointment date.
If you cancel an appointment without 48 hours notice, you are still required to pay the 50% deposit and there are no refunds available.
Every scheduled appointment is confirmed via e-mail with instructions on how to prepare your hair for the appointment. This helps to ensure that there is adequate time to deliver your service while honouring the time of upcoming clients. If your hair is not properly prepared according to instructions, the appointment is subject to be cancelled or rescheduled without refund, at my discretion.
If the length or condition of your hair requires extra time I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at my discretion.
If for any reason I have to reschedule an appointment, the top priority will be given to deliver your service as soon as possible. In order to ensure a focused and dedicated experience for each client, each service is allotted an ample amount of time. If the allotted time is exceeded by more than 15 minutes, there will be an automatic charge of $15. Every additional 30 minutes will be a charge of $15.
All appointments are booked online and only when the booking link is available. No appointments will be squeezed in.
Opened or used products will not be taken back or refunded.
