Cancelation / No Show
An email and text reminder are sent 2 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, you can do so using the booking system. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the booked service upon your next visit.
Emails may not be seen in time, so you must navigate the booking system to do cancel.
Opened or used products will not be taken back or refunded. Please let us know if there are any issues with your purchase.
All services are guaranteed by your stylist. If you are unhappy with the service or experience, please let it be known in 72 hours to be provided an appointment to remedy any problem you may have. We do not offer refunds as a solution.
